PCA Golf Tournament 2012

PASSAGE Christian Academy's Mission is to provide children a superior, well-rounded, academic education and foundation in an environment that fosters a healthy christian lifestyle in preparation for world leadership and success - in both kingdom and secular arenas.

The 2012 PCA Golf Tournament financial focus for PASSAGE Christian Academy is to build a breezeway from Building 2 to Building 3, and to remodel Building 2 to establish a cafeteria and additional classrooms to support our expanding student body.

DATE: May 19, 2012

TIME: Registration at 7:00 AM. First Tee-off at 8:00 AM

ENTRY FEE: $75.00 (includes: green fees, cart & catered lunch)

Payment due April 15, 2012.

Make check payable to PASSAGE Christian Academy.

Format: Tournament will be played in Scramble with 4-person teams.

If you do not enter a team list, you will be placed with others.

Procedure: This will be a description of how the chosen format is played.

(Include: rules, scoring, etc.)

Cancellation Policy:

If golf tournament is canceled due to inclement weather or other events, each paid player will receive a free make-up round with cart.
